I'm not sure if this learning plan suits my level.

The C-Drama Club aims to provide real-life learning materials. So if you are at the HSK3-5 level (high beginner to intermediate), it will be a great resource for learning authentic Chinese! I don’t understand how it would work. Is it like a class or we just watch videos?

Our learning package is designed to cater to busy adults who are not able to stick to a fixed schedule. While watching videos is indeed a part of the tasks, please note that this is far from a typical classroom experience. Instead of traditional classes, we're dedicated to being your guides throughout this journey. We'll provide ongoing feedback on your tasks and maintain an interactive group chat for constant support and engagement. 

What if I can't complete weekly task?

We understand that life can get busy, and we're here to support your learning journey. However, we encourage you to aim to complete the tasks within the designated timeframe. Meeting the task deadlines not only helps you stay engaged but also comes with great incentives. That said, we want to assure you that the resources provided are yours to access for a lifetime. This means that even if you can't finish all the tasks, you can continue at your own pace and revisit the content whenever it suits you. 

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with class?

We want the investment in this course to be an absolute 100% risk-free. So, if you follow our instructions, do the course homework and still don’t find the course useful, drop us an email and we'll happily refund your full payment within 7 days of the start of the course. However, part of what makes Real Talk Mandarin work is the financial accountability. Please note that the money-back guarantee only applies if you actually do the work and complete the assignments. If you don't do the work, you won't get any value from the course, and you'll have taken a place away from someone else.
